There’s no pre-determined timeline for the recruiting and hiring process for our interim marketers. Instead, we customize the process to ensure it meets your timeline. During our initial conversation, we discuss your goals in terms of timing and come to a mutual agreement before proceeding.

Generally, our interim marketers perform three, six, or 12-month assignments. However, the specific length of time is customizable according to your needs. If you need our interim marketing services for a time period outside of our normal work assignments, we’ll work with you to accommodate your needs.

All three of these roles provide services for a limited period of time. The main difference is that an interim marketing leader is committed to one organization for a length of time. In accordance with each contract, a fractional leader can provide support to multiple organizations at the same time. A consultant typically works for several clients at once and provides support for a specific project(s) with defined deliverables.
